The ski centres are located 12 km from the city centre. Most accommodation is in the city centre itself, and there is currently intensive construction of high-end hotels along the ski slopes. A number of hotels and apartment blocks are under construction at the Kolašin 1600 ski resort base. Additionally, several hotels are under construction at the Kolašin 1450 ski resort. This investment aims to improve the tourist infrastructure in Kolašin and provide greater accommodation capacity to attract tourists and visitors throughout the year.
