Kolašin Winter Art is one of the rare music festivals in northern Montenegro, which in its third edition attracts great interest from visitors with its high-quality cultural and artistic programs. 

The festival is organized by an NGO for the promotion of young talents, with the support of the Kolašin Town Hall, the Kolašin Municipality and the Cultural Center.

Kolašin Winter Art or Guitar Festival is very important for Kolašin and contributes to enriching the winter tourism offer.

It is the first festival of the year organized in the north of Montenegro and, in fact, along with the Mimosa Festival in Herceg Novi, it is the only festival during the winter tourist season at the state level.

The Kolaša Winter Art Festival is organized for two weekends in January, where famous artists from Montenegro perform, and also very famous artists such as Vlatko Stefanovski, who performed both last year and this year at the Cultural Center.

At the festival, you can also enjoy a concert by students from the school for talented guitarists.
