The part of town where the properties are located is a quiet suburb, free from noise, whether from traffic or other sources. The enclosed courtyard makes guests' stay pleasant and relaxing, and also provides an opportunity for entertainment and socialising. The apartments have a separate courtyard with a summerhouse and barbecue, parking space, internet, a table tennis table and a basketball court.

There are four separate apartments ranging from 45 to 57m2, each with two bedrooms, one room with a double bed, while the other has a bunk bed, a living room with a sofa bed, a dining room, a kitchen and a bathroom with a shower.
