Our private accommodation is located in the city center, so all important facilities are within 200m of our guests. Our accommodation has 6 accommodation units: 1 studio apartment, 1 triple room, 2 double rooms with a double bed and 2 double rooms with single beds.
The studio-apartment has a double bed and a sitting area with a sofa and an armchair that can be folded out as an extra bed. Next to it is a double room no. 2 with a double bed, so they can be rented separately or together as a luxury apartment with 2 bathrooms, because these two have a separate entrance and are located on the ground floor of the house.
In the attic we have a triple room no. 21 which has a double bed and one single bed. Furthermore, we have a double room no. 20 with a double bed as well as two more double rooms with single beds.
The total capacity of our accommodation is 12-15 people. All rooms have their own bathroom, TV, central heating and free wireless internet. The rooms are maintained daily. Our accommodation has a small indoor restaurant where we serve breakfast to our guests.
The restaurant hall is also suitable for organizing seminars for smaller groups. In summer, there is a beautiful garden in front of the restaurant, which is very pleasant to stay in. We have private parking for all guests. In winter, we have a ski room, and in summer, we have a closed bicycle parking lot.
On the Bjelasica mountain, 9 km from us, there is a modern ski center with 25 km of ski trails for all ages and categories of skiers. For all guests in the summer, in cooperation with agencies that deal with these, we organize rafting on the Tara River, photo safaris, as well as bike rides and hiking in the beautiful mountains surrounding Kolašin. Also, 19 km from us is the Biogradska Gora National Park with the beautiful Biograd Lake.
300 m from us, there is the famous Botanical Garden, the work of Mr. Danijela Vincek. In it you can see the complete flora of this region. Also, upon request, we organize transportation, as well as transfer from the airport and vice versa.
