Bjelasica trail

,”Bjelasica Trail" is a sporting event (a mountain marathon) aimed at professional and recreational runners, as well as nature lovers. The organisers have prepared three races for participants, which run through one of the most beautiful regions on the Balkans. Trail is an activity that combines running with hiking where there are steep inclines.

By participating in the trail, competitors will have the opportunity to run through one of the three remaining rainforests in Europe, to admire the beauty of mountain lakes, but also to take a break in one of the traditional Bjelasica katuns..

 Bjelasica The trail takes place on the first weekend in August, with the following races:

• Three Lakes – 45 km
• Little bear – 21 km
• Family trail – 10 km
• Children's race – 250 m

Bjelasica is an ideal choice for an active vacation for the whole family, experienced runners, beginners, lovers of fairy-tale forest and mountain trails. Located in the very heart of Montenegro, in the central-continental part, at over 2,000 m above sea level, it connects several Montenegrin municipalities.

 Bjelasica it is decorated with several specific features: very easy to pass, accessibility to the highest mountain peaks and a great wealth of forest resources and running water. It is of Vuklan origin, green and fresh in August, ideal for this type of activity.
