Luxuriously equipped, comfortable Lodge house Tara, measuring approximately 120m2, located right next to the road, is designed for rest and relaxation and can accommodate up to 9 adults. Tucked away in an attractive location in a new weekend village near two national restaurants, it is about 2.3 km from the city center and only 6 km from two modern ski resorts Kolasin 1450 and Kolasin 1600.

It is divided into two levels. On the second level there are three comfortable bedrooms and a large hallway leading to a closed terrace with a beautiful view of the nearby Kolašinska River and the mountains, while the ground floor of the house consists of a large living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and a terrace for morning or afternoon relaxation.

It is equipped with all modern technical devices; TV, SAT TV, Hi Fi, DVD player, and there is also a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, stove, radiator in each room, hairdryer and other equipment necessary for a comfortable stay. Also, the house is equipped with high quality bed linen and towels, anti-allergy program of well-known brands and all hygiene products for the kitchen and bathroom are provided, down to the smallest detail.
