Kom Vasojevicki is the third-highest summit of the Komovi mountain massif. Due to its striking appearance and relatively accessible approach, it is very popular among hikers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The trail begins on the Stavna plateau. From the last shepherd huts (katun), it follows a grassy and rocky surface heading south, entering a long rocky slope. A narrow path traverses the inclined terrain, gradually opening views toward Kucki Kom, Ljevorecki Kom, and the Ljuban katun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
After the scree, the trail continues through pine forest, with a few short climbs. It then turns left and ascends steeply for several hundred meters along an inclined slope. The marked path continues over grassy terrain and reaches a saddle at 2,260 m (\u201cVerina previja\u201d), offering views of the Mojanska River valley, Perucica, and the border mountain ridge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Following the edge of the saddle, the trail reaches rocky terrain below the summit. Here comes an exposed section where extra caution is required. A large rock wall over 100 meters high stands ahead. The path bypasses it on the left and, after rocky ground, leads to a wide grassy slope at about 2,400 m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
From there, the final ascent is easy and safe. Following small paths worn into the steep grassy slope, you reach the summit. On this final section, avoid approaching the right edge, as it drops off into steep cliffs several hundred meters down toward Medjukomlje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The summit is rocky, spacious, and safe, marked by a concrete pyramid. From the top, there are panoramic views of the Komovi massif, the Prokletije mountains, Bjelasica, Sinjavina, the Moraca mountains, and the Stavna and Ljuban katuns.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
