Kolasin Winter art

Kolašin Winter Art is one of the rare music festivals in northern Montenegro that attracts great interest from visitors with its high-quality cultural and artistic program.
The festival is organized by the NGO for the promotion of young talents, with the support of the Kolašin Town Hall, the Kolašin Municipality and the Kolašin Cultural Center.
Kolašin Winter Art or Guitar Festival is very important for Kolašin and significantly contributes to enriching the winter tourism offer.
It is the first festival of the year organized in the north of Montenegro and, in fact, along with the Mimosa Festival in Herceg Novi, it is the only festival during the winter tourist season at the state level.
The Kolaša Winter Art Festival is organized in January, where famous artists from Montenegro perform, as well as very famous artists such as Vlatko Stefanovski who performed in 2023 and 2024, while in 2025 the festival closed with a concert by the legendary Amira Medunjanin.
At the festival, you can also enjoy a concert by students from the school for talented guitarists.
